Job summary

ONG & ONG PTE LTD is seeking an interior designer to drive design concepts through to documentation and construction. You will work closely with project managers and design teams, sketch concepts, and develop proposals for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–7 years of local experience, a degree in interior design or interior architecture, and proficiency in CAD/Photoshop/SketchUp and MS Office. Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 3–7 years of local working experience.
• Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Preferable commercial & hospitality design experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design from concept to documentation and construction.
• Collaborate with project manager, design coordinators and project teams on conceptual designs and production.
• Ensure project deliverables and design schedules are met.
• Liaise with client and sub-contractors.
• Sktech fast and produce good design concepts for presentations.
