Job summary

PARK + ASSOCIATES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to support the team leader, develop design concepts, and prepare tender details, using SketchUp and other tools.

You will coordinate with project teams, manage junior staff, and contribute to design development, with a strong portfolio and at least nine years of experience.

Qualifications

• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.
• Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit and Powerpoint
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• At least 9 years of experience (local or overseas)
• Strong portfolio
• A proactive and conscientious team player
