Job summary

UP HOME DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an interior designer with 2–3 years of experience to develop creative concepts for residential and commercial projects.

You will consult with clients to understand needs, budgets and timelines, and produce detailed drawings, floor plans and 3D visuals for client approval. You will select materials and furnishings, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and liaise with clients throughout the project to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design or related design discipline.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills to convey concepts to clients.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, spatial planning, lighting and materials.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and design standards.
• Strong project management abilities managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities
