Mavenside Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design development for corporate interior fit-out projects in Singapore's CBD. You will translate client briefs into innovative design solutions, prepare concepts, and oversee documentation from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio of commercial, corporate workplace, hospitality or similar fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for junior designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design development of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative, practical, and commercially viable design solutions in line with client briefs and budgets.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, material selections, space plans and presentations.
• Develop detailed design drawings, layouts, specifications, and documentation for execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, QS, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design/coordination issues throughout implementation.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and commercial requirements.
• Provide design leadership and mentor junior designers.
• Contribute to design reviews, presentations and project discussions.
