Job summary

KR+D PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager to lead design coordination, client management, and multidisciplinary collaboration from concept through completion.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality spatial design across commercial, retail, and experiential projects. You will liaise with clients, manage design documentation, and oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design intent.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Spatial Design, Retail Design, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear design briefs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Manage client expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
• Facilitate collaboration between designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Provide design-oriented solutions when site challenges arise and conduct regular site visits.
• Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities to ensure quality.

Education
