Job summary

INPRODEC ASSOCIATES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design direction, client management, and project coordination for commercial interiors in Singapore.

You will develop concepts, manage clients, and drive projects from inquiry to completion in a fast-paced environment. Design execution will involve translating concepts into detailed drawings, collaborating with MEP engineers and vendors, and ensuring timely submissions and site readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software incl. Hand Sketch, Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial interior design experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (sales, design, execution).
• Strong creative design flair and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and execution skills with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide design guidance, creative direction, and proposals to meet client requirements.
• Present design intent during client pitches and project discussions.
• Collaborate with design principal, clients, and vendors to refine design details.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing with interior design.
• Produce comprehensive construction drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, details.
• Prepare and submit drawings for building management approvals and authorities.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design elements.
