Job summary

Land Transport Authority's Rail Digitalisation Division is seeking an Executive Engineer to drive OT-IT integration, architecture governance, and engineering delivery across railway domains.

You will work on OT architecture development, EA support, stakeholder coordination, and tender activities, while contributing to UI/UX and cloud-based production systems.

Candidates with at least 2 years in related technical roles and familiarity with enterprise architecture and data platforms are welcome.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering, systems integration, architecture support, infrastructure, digital delivery or related technical roles.
• Exposure to OT, industrial systems, transport systems, enterprise architecture or digital platform implementation is advantageous.
• Experience producing technical specifications, vendor engagement, tender activities or project delivery is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operation Technology (OT) Architecture Development and Governance - Review initiatives, assess alignment and maintain architecture principles, standards and decision records.
• Enterprise Architecture (EA) Support - Prepare and coordinate materials for EA reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise/domain architecture requirements.
• Railway Digitalisation Stakeholder and Use Case Management - Guide stakeholders, document scope/dependencies, progress use cases through channels.
• Engineering Support for OT-IT Integration Projects - Review system design, interfaces and issues for railway production cloud and related systems.
• UI/UX Collaboration - Support wireframing, user journey mapping, and early-stage design discussions.
• Contract Management and Tender Support - Prepare technical specifications, coordinate timelines and support evaluation/award processes.
