Job summary

Ambition Singapore seeks a Senior Functional Interface Designer to lead the integration workstream across Oracle HCM implementations. You will own end-to-end interfaces from requirements to UAT sign-off, partnering with client IT teams, project stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage interface catalogs, design documents, and testing activities, guiding discovery, prioritization, and governance for multiple interfaces in a complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Oracle HCM experience with ownership of integration workstreams on at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple integrations (10+ interfaces) in complex environments.
• Expertise in interface analysis, design documentation, and OIC delivery support.
• Experience reviewing integrations, managing defects, and driving QA activities.
• Ability to manage external vendors and third-party system teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project interface catalogue with governance across the lifecycle.
• Lead integration discovery workshops to define data flows, rules, triggers, and SLAs.
• Produce Interface Design Documents (IDDs) to support OIC development and client sign-off.
• Drive interface prioritization, planning, and readiness based on timelines.

We are partnering with a consulting organization seeking a Senior Functional Interface Designer to lead the integration design workstream across Oracle HCM implementations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of interfaces, including requirements gathering, interface design, development support, testing, and UAT sign-off. The incumbent will serve as the primary functional integration lead, partnering with client IT teams, project stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project interface catalogue, ensuring all integrations are accurately documented, classified, and governed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead integration discovery and requirements workshops to define data flows, business rules, triggers, SLAs, and error-handling requirements.
• Produce and manage Interface Design Documents (IDDs) to support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and client sign-off.
• Drive interface prioritization, planning, and readiness based on business criticality, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
• Review and validate developed integrations against approved designs, manage design defects, and support resolution through deployment readiness.
• Lead integration testing and UAT activities, coordinating with internal, client, and third-party teams to achieve successful sign-off.
• Provide regular integration status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to project and client leadership.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Oracle HCM experience with ownership of integration/interface workstreams on at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple integrations (10+ interfaces) within a complex implementation environment.
• Strong expertise in interface analysis, design documentation, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) delivery support.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing developed integrations, managing defects, and driving functional quality assurance activities.
• Ability to manage external vendors and third-party system teams, including issue escalation and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience reporting to client IT leadership and project governance forums.
