Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a Senior Functional Interface Designer to lead the integration design workstream on Oracle HCM implementations. You will own the end-to-end interface catalogue—from requirements elicitation through developer handoff—acting as the functional integration authority for the delivery team and the client’s IT architecture team.

Focus areas include prioritisation of interfaces, workshop facilitation, IDD production, third‑party coordination, and UAT sign‑off.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Oracle HCM experience with interface design ownership on multiple implementations.
• Experience owning and managing an interface catalogue of 10+ integrations on a single engagement.
• Developer QA experience — reviews integrations against specifications and issues defects.
• Ability to manage third-party system teams and escalate blockers through governance.
• Ability to present status, risk, and readiness to client IT Directors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration catalogue from day one and maintain it as the single source of truth.
• Lead integration requirements workshops and capture trigger conditions and SLAs.
• Produce and own all Interface Design Documents for developer handoff.
• Drive interface prioritisation and phasing based on go-live criticality.
• Review OIC builds against specifications and log defects with precise references.
• Own integration UAT, design test plans, coordinate third-party test environments.
