Rolling Arrays Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Interface Developer to lead Oracle Cloud integration workstreams on Oracle HCM implementations.

You will architect the OIC solution, define build standards, review developer deliverables, manage the deployment pipeline, and act as the technical integration authority for both the delivery team and the client IT architecture team. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Oracle Integration Cloud development experience with technical team leadership or architecture ownership on at least two live programmes.
• Proven OIC solution architecture capability — has designed the connection strategy, error framework, and deployment pipeline for a multi-integration engagement.
• Advanced XSLT, adapter, and fault handling capability — can build and review complex integrations and identify architectural issues in junior developer builds.
• Has owned integration testing cycles and managed defect resolution to UAT sign-off.
• Demonstrated technical documentation and handover capability — client IT teams can maintain the system post-go-live from the documentation you produce.

Responsibilities

• Architect the OIC integration solution — design the connection strategy, error handling, and project organisation for the integration landscape.
• Define and enforce integration build standards — naming conventions, mandatory components per integration, and deployment checklists.
• Build and review complex OIC integration flows and review junior developer builds for conformance to design.
• Own the deployment pipeline — Dev->Test->UAT->Prod promotion strategy, versioning, and externalising parameters.
• Present integration architecture and status to client IT architects, maintain risk register, and discuss Oracle platform capabilities.
• Create the technical handover package — architecture docs, runbooks, config guides, monitoring setup, and post-go-live support model.
