Job summary

Health Sciences Authority invites applications for a Senior/Assistant Director, Processing & Analysis to lead a team of analysts in planning and overseeing intelligence and surveillance related to breaches of HSA legislations and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, ability to allocate caseload, coordinate with Field Intelligence, and guide ongoing training.

The position offers a 1-year contract with renewal options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of intelligence deliverables ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Allocate and triage caseload across the team balancing demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Senior Assistant Director / Assistant Director, Field Intelligence for follow-up actions.
• Manage incoming requests from other Departments within the Enforcement Cluster.
• Provide guidance and mentorship and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Review and update internal SOPs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Drive SOPs and workflows with external agencies and partners where applicable.
• Build intelligence infrastructure including development of systems to support intelligence work.
