Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of intelligence deliverables and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Allocate and triage caseload across the team, balancing workload and capacity.
• Coordinate with Field Intelligence to ensure timely follow-up actions on leads.
• Mentor officers and identify training opportunities to enhance capabilities.
• Review and update internal SOPs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Drive implementation of SOPs/workflows with external agencies where applicable.
• Build intelligence infrastructure and develop supporting systems for intelligence work.
