Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to join its Insurance Practice across Southeast Asia. You will lead workstreams on life, non-life, and reinsurance engagements, bringing deep insurance knowledge and delivery excellence to client projects.

Qualifications

Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience in management consulting with insurance clients or in-house in an insurer/reinsurer role.
Strong knowledge of SE Asia insurance landscape and industry practices.
Proven ability to lead or significantly contribute to consulting engagements and programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis on client engagements, including requirements gathering, current-state assessment, gap analysis, and solution design.
Drive delivery of functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and other artefacts to a high quality standard.
Apply insurance domain knowledge to diagnose problems and develop recommendations across underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, or finance.
Support and guide clients through digital and operational transformation, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
Own and manage workstream delivery, including planning, risks, dependencies, and milestones, across client and internal teams.
