Job summary

MoneyHero Limited's Insurance team in Singapore invites a Senior Associate, Digital Sales to drive revenue growth by guiding customers to suitable insurance products with impartial advice.

Reporting to the Head of Insurance, you will cross-sell and upsell, meet monthly targets, assist with inquiries, process applications, renewals and cancellations, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CMFAS Certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Proactive, adaptable, team-player with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly non-digital insurance sales targets.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution for insurance products.
• Facilitate applications, endorsements, renewals and cancellations with accuracy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client interactions, policies and transactions using CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
