Job summary

Motorist Pte. Ltd. seeks a Head of Insurance to define and execute the strategy for scaling the insurance business in Singapore.

You will own revenue, operations, and insurer relationships, while building a high-performing team and driving customer outcomes across multiple insurance products and partnerships. You will lead efforts to grow penetration within Motorist’s existing user base, improve renewal and conversion rates, and ensure compliance with MAS/GIA and appointed representative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in general insurance with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Regulatory familiarity with GIA and MAS guidelines.
