Job summary

Qualifications

Extensive experience in general insurance broking, underwriting, risk consulting, or corporate insurance management (8+ years).
Proven experience handling commercial and corporate insurance programmes.
Strong exposure to Property, Terrorism, all classes of Liability, Work Injury Compensation, Marine Cargo insurance classes and other general insurances.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and delivering business results.
Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management: Manage a sizeable portfolio of mid-market and large corporate accounts.
Business Development: Win new business and develop key client relationships.
Claims & Risk Management: Conduct claim reviews, loss analysis, and risk management discussions.
