Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Instrumentation & Control Lead to supervise the on-site installation and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for high-tech manufacturing facilities and Front-End Semiconductor FAB projects.

You will read P&IDs, coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and FMCS interfaces, and manage manpower to ensure timely project completion in a contract setting. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in instrumentation, control systems, FMCS, or EPC construction projects.
• Experience leading and supervising installation works on site.
• Familiar with reading P&IDs, instrument layout drawings, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the installation of instrumentation and control systems at site, including field instruments and related equipment.
• Oversee installation of instrument cabling, cable trays, junction boxes, and control panels.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other discipline leads to resolve site issues.
• Lead and coordinate instrument calibration, loop checking, and commissioning activities.
