CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Chemical System Lead Engineer to oversee the technical and engineering management of Frontend FAB chemical systems, covering planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

You will ensure supply capacity, safety, reliability, and adherence to Singapore EHS regulations and process requirements, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors on a 36-month contract at Woodlands North, Singapore.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
8+ years of experience in chemical systems or related high-tech facilities.
Experience with bulk or specialty chemical distribution systems is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of Singapore EHS requirements and regulatory standards.
Able to coordinate with Clients, contractors and vendors on site.
Fluent English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and design of Frontend FAB chemical systems.
Develop chemical supply and distribution systems to meet process requirements.
Prepare and review engineering documents (PFDs, P&IDs, layouts).
Select and review chemical tanks, pumps, valves and piping components.
Coordinate interfaces with Process, Gas, UPW, WWT, Drainage, Electrical, I&C, Facilities and Safety.
Coordinate with Vendors; evaluate technical bids and clarifications.
Manage RFIs, design changes, installation and commissioning issues.
Lead testing, flushing, leak testing and performance verification.
Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.
Maintain system reliability, capacity, and redundancy for FAB processes.
