Job summary

connect energy services pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to lead FMCS and instrumentation activities for high-tech semiconductor facilities.

You will coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure quality, schedule, and safe execution of complex systems. The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, plus the ability to read control drawings and manage subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor facility design, construction, commissioning, or technical engineering with extensive UPW experience.
• Qualifications and licenses compliant with applicable local regulations and authority requirements.
• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret control system drawings and diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with construction processes, work sequencing, and on-site interface coordination.
• Capability to independently supervise on-site systems and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with site personnel, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site FMCS and instrumentation system installation and construction to meet project specifications and milestones
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams for seamless integration
• Manage subcontractors and site activities, resolving technical issues and monitoring installation progress
• Lead instrumentation system design, installation, and implementation for high-tech facility projects
• Develop and integrate testing and commissioning schedules across relevant disciplines to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate FMCS system connectivity, functional testing, and handover requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project milestones during instrumentation works
