Job summary

Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Director (Trading Solutions) to lead institutional business and drive growth with fund managers, EAMs, and regional partners in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

You will manage key client relationships, drive adoption of moomoo’s trading and custody solutions across equities, fixed income, funds, and digital assets, and collaborate with product and operations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within brokerage, private bank, fund platform, or fintech.
Strong network with fund managers and EAMs across Singapore and the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale business from the ground up.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and onboard fund managers and EAMs into moomoo’s institutional platform.
Develop strategic partnerships and distribution pipelines across Southeast Asia.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned institutional clients.
Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to tailor trading and custody solutions.
Monitor market trends and propose improvements to service models and client tools.
