Job summary

JEET ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support and manage enterprise infrastructure, platforms, upgrades, migrations, DR activities, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, enterprise application support, or production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with Oracle databases including upgrades and migrations.
• Hands-on OBIEE installation, configuration, and production support advantageous.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup, and restoration activities.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling and file-transfer technologies such as Control-M and Connect:Direct.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Manage server builds, software installation, deployments, upgrades, patching, and post-implementation support.
• Perform system health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for infra and app issues.
• Support Oracle database upgrades, application platform upgrades, and migration activities.
• Administer OBIEE environments across development, testing, and production.
• Perform backup, restoration, recovery, and disaster recovery activities with DR testing.
• Coordinate with DBA, Wintel, backup, network, app, and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Support file-transfer solutions like Control-M and Connect:Direct.
• Coordinate IT service requests, incidents, changes, and releases per ITIL.
