Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to manage enterprise infrastructure, application platforms, upgrades and DR activities.

The role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure availability, security and performance of critical environments. You will design, install, configure across Linux/Unix and Windows, manage lifecycle, perform health checks, support OBIEE environments, and lead DR planning and ITIL-aligned change processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering or production support.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle databases and OBIEE deployment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, upgrade and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Linux/Unix and Windows.
• Manage server builds, deployments, upgrades, patching and post-implementation support.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support Oracle DB upgrades, app platform upgrades and migrations.
• Administer OBIEE environments from development to production.
• plan and execute backup, restoration and DR testing.
• Coordinate ITIL incidents, changes and releases with teams.
• Drive automation and document procedures for reliability improvements.
