Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver, and operate mission-critical IT infrastructure and data centre environments in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement automation, and ensure security, reliability and performance across server, storage, and network domains.

The role emphasizes OpenShift/Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD with a strong focus on risk mitigation, cost modelling, and long-term resilience in complex software-driven systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ICT, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in design, delivery, integration and operations of mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux/RHEL and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex server, storage, virtualization, data centre, and network infrastructure.
• Develop infrastructure architectures for physical and virtual servers, storage, SAN/NAS, backup and recovery.
• Define configurations and ensure security, availability and performance requirements.
• Support lifecycle management: deployment, upgrades, migration, maintenance, and tech refresh.
• Contribute to cost modelling and TCO analysis.
• Ensure designs meet safety, security, and operational requirements.
• Lead Linux/RHEL and Windows Server environments, server hardening and security.
• Implement virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM).
• Develop and maintain backup, DR and recovery solutions.
• Support high-availability and resilient infrastructure environments.
