RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, install, and maintain enterprise systems across Linux/Unix and Windows.

You will lead server builds, patching, migrations and ensure high availability in production environments. The role emphasizes Oracle databases and OBIEE support, DR planning, incident management under ITIL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of infra engineering, systems administration, or production support.
• Hands-on with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Server installation, configuration, patching, migration, upgrade and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps and production environments.
• Experience with Oracle databases, including upgrade and migration.
• OBIEE installation, configuration, admin and prod support advantageous.
• Experience in disaster recovery, backup and restoration.
• ITIL-based incident, change, release management knowledge.
• Experience with Control-M and Connect:Direct.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, upgrade and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems across Linux/Unix and Windows.
• Manage the complete infrastructure lifecycle including server builds, deployments, and patching.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support Oracle database upgrades, application platform upgrades and migrations.
• Administer OBIEE environments across development, test and production.
• Execute backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities with DR testing.
• Collaborate with DBAs, network, and other teams to resolve incidents.
• Support file-transfer solutions and enterprise scheduling tools like Control-M.
• Manage IT service requests, incidents, changes and releases per ITIL.
• Investigate issues, define requirements and implement reliable solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and drive process improvements.
• Prepare technical docs and procedures for infrastructure operations.
• Liaise with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Coordinate infrastructure work with internal teams, vendors and service providers.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and other support staff.
