Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, planning, portfolio management, public policy, consulting, or related fields.
• Prior experience in infrastructure planning, asset management, or related domains would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives, managing complex cross-functional projects, or steering organisational planning and investment decisions.
• Resourceful, and able to analyse complex issues, identify interdependencies, and translate priorities into actionable strategies and plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops infrastructure strategies, investment cases, and integrated resource plans to maximise enterprise value
• Conducts environmental scanning, forecasting, and scenario planning to anticipate future capability needs and inform strategic decisions
• Leads enterprise-wide prioritisation and resource allocation decisions by evaluating competing demands, trade-offs, and investment options
• Drives portfolio optimisation and value realisation initiatives across infrastructure capabilities and investments
• Leads stakeholder engagement and drives alignment on strategic priorities and investment decisions
