Job summary

A*STAR – Agency for Science, Technology and Research is hiring within the Infrastructure Strategy team to drive strategic planning, portfolio management and optimisation of infrastructure resources in Singapore.

As a core contributor, you will shape infrastructure strategy, coordinate budget planning and investment programmes, analyse space and asset utilisation, and develop governance frameworks to ensure value delivery and disciplined resource management across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of infrastructure strategies and business cases.
• Supports and coordinates infrastructure budgeting, CAPEX and investment programmes.
• Analyses opportunities to improve space/asset utilisation, value delivery, and investment outcomes.
• Analyses demands and resource requirements to inform enterprise-wide infrastructure prioritisation.
• Develops and implements policies, frameworks, and governance processes to strengthen end-to-end planning, lifecycle stewardship, and resource management.
