Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineering Lead to design, implement, and improve security controls across servers, endpoints, privileged accounts, and supporting infrastructure. You will focus on secure configurations, PAM, and ongoing compliance across Windows, Linux, Unix, containers, cloud, and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience securing Windows, Linux and Unix environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud/ container platforms.
• Knowledge of endpoint security technologies and PAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security baselines, hardening standards for multiple platforms.
• Implement and operate configuration compliance monitoring and drift detection.
• Develop automated security assessments and reporting for visibility and control.
• Manage endpoint security technologies and ensure policy enforcement.
• Lead hardening and configuration management initiatives to improve security posture.
• Oversee PAM controls including onboarding, vaulting, rotation, and reviews.
• Govern security for service accounts and non-human identities throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide security engineering support for projects, upgrades, risk reviews and incidents.
• Create automation patterns and standards to improve efficiency and scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls.
