Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in complex, live-environment A&A projects; healthcare/commercial or owner/developer settings is an advantage.
• Strong technical competency with good knowledge of local authority requirements and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and technical standards for consistency across infrastructure projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for rejuvenation and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Lead project planning, design development, and execution from inception through completion.
• Manage procurement processes for consultancy and construction services, including cost estimates, scope of work, and tender docs.
• Review and approve project schedules, technical submissions, permits, and construction methodologies for quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders, coordinating with local authorities for successful delivery.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and support special projects as directed by management.
