Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Senior Investment Banker to lead and expand its Infrastructure franchise. You will originate, structure, and execute M&A, ECM, and bespoke financing for infrastructure assets including energy, utilities, and digital infrastructure across OCBC’s regional platform.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in investment banking with a track record in infrastructure deals, strong valuation, and capital-structure expertise; regional ASEAN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA or CFA is advantageous for progression.
• 10–15 years of investment banking experience focused on infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure coverage and originate across M&A, ECM, debt and structured finance.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of infrastructure transactions and due diligence.
• Develop sector insights on energy, utilities, and digital infra across ASEAN and beyond.
• Mentor junior bankers and uphold risk governance and client-first values.
