Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a Platform Operations Engineer to support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure underpinning mission-critical systems. You will partner with internal teams and L1 vendors to ensure incident resolution, governance, and security alignment, while driving multi-year technology refresh initiatives.

We require 5+ years in infrastructure operations, strong communication, and experience in government or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Supports on-premises and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Experience in governance, security reviews, and SR approvals preferred.
• Experience with government/public sector settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for critical infrastructure in on-prem/hybrid environments.
• Provide technical oversight across compute, storage, virtualization, OS, backup, DR, HA, and related platforms.
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and recovery planning.
