Job summary

CRYSTAL SL Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead and mentor a team of BAs, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and high-quality outcomes. You will conduct detailed requirement studies, map business processes to system workflows, and prepare functional specifications as needed.

The role involves developing test plans for system integration and UAT, monitoring issue logs, and performing UAT both online and onsite for local and overseas users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL/database concepts.
• Proficient with office productivity software.
• Strong logical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of system functions, integrations, data flow and processes.
• Ability to identify root causes, analyze issues and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Junior Business Analysts and Business Analysts to complete assigned tasks effectively.
• Manage and oversee tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct detailed business requirement studies and map business processes to system processes for accurate system alignment.
• Prepare Master Functional Specifications to document system requirements when needed.
• Develop comprehensive Test Plans for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on Issue Logs to resolve system and user issues promptly.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing both online and onsite for local and overseas users to validate system functionality.
• Provide daily online and onsite user support to local and overseas end users to ensure smooth system operation.
• Execute additional duties as directed by line management to support business needs.

Requirements:

Knowledge / Skill

• Skilled in Office software, SQL and database.

• Able to identify root cause, analyse issues, and propose practical solutions.

Work Experience Description

• Major in computer-related is preferred.

• At least 5 years’ experience in business analysis, system requirement analysis or user support.

• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, testing, UAT/EUT, go-live and post-go-live support.
