Job summary

We value a chemistry/biology/engineering background, 3–5 years LC/CDS experience, IT infra knowledge, and strong communication. Willingness to travel 30–50% across Southeast Asia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or engineering or other science fields is essential.
• 3–5 years of LC and CDS experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of IT infra and Oracle SQL is a plus.
• Experience selling informatics solutions in regulated environments (GxP) preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to achieve ASEAN revenue goals and drive YoY growth for Waters Informatics products.
• Demonstrate Waters software concepts and support POC evaluations during pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop strategic accounts in the region.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including CDS network configuration and inquiries.
• Deliver informatics sales and product training to field teams.
