Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required
• Strong statistics and data analysis skills
• Effective communicator across all levels
• Leadership and impact demonstrated a plus
• Interest in semiconductors and Micron is preferred
• Ability to apply AI literacy to tools and tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate capacity modelling of assigned Fab area
• Apply industrial engineering concepts to capacity analysis and production planning
• Use statistics to audit manufacturing capacity information
• Coordinate projects across departments
• Work with management to improve production metrics
• Plan for future product introduction with R&D and process engineering
• Evaluate scenarios and assess impact with Engineering and Production
• Coordinate capital purchases with planning and purchasing
• Stay aligned with Area Managers on priorities and projects
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality
