Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an Industrial Engineer to manage IE needs for a specific process module or project within our semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore. The role interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines and operations to optimize tool capacity and performance.

The candidate will establish and maintain production tool capacity models, ensure accurate inputs for capacity planning, and monitor tool performance to drive improvements and capacity expansion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the IE needs of a specific process module or project and interface with other engineering disciplines and operations.
• Establish/maintain production tool capacity models and ensure accuracy of tool inputs for factory level capacity modeling.
• Monitor production tool performance and drive improvements and capacity expansion plans.
• Communicate productivity requirements to Operations and drive commitments for closure.
• Interface with global team on benchmarking and standardization and ensure tool installations and qualifications meet timelines.
