Job summary

Xendit is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Lead in Singapore to manage end-to-end onboarding and go-live for large-scale B2B SaaS/payments. You will design detailed implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead API integrations with payment methods and configurations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to work hands-on with technical product interfaces, and fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse enterprise clients

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in implementation, onboarding, or project management in B2B SaaS or payments.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations through to go-live.
• Work hands-on with APIs and technical product integrations.
• Communicate at business proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Manage enterprise stakeholders, complex requirements, and escalations.
