Job summary

Loftware is hiring a Sr. Technical Consultant – Implementation Engineer in Singapore (Hybrid). The role involves technical implementation, system installation/configuration, and integration across a dynamic professional services environment.

You’ll manage deployments, knowledge transfer, and go-lives while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales. The base salary ranges from SGD 100,000 to SGD 140,000 annually, with location-dependent ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
• Experience in customer-facing application support, technical support, or professional services.
• Strong business analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate customer workflows into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and collect system specifications (servers, DBs, SSL/SSO, integrations) and define technical recommendations.
• Design system changes and document them to meet business needs and standards.
• Install, configure, deploy, administer, and maintain high-availability solutions using AWS and/or on‑premise.
• Assist tests (Smoke, SIT/UAT, load/regression) and coordinate timely issue resolution.
• Document project setup and deliverables in implementation reports.
• Collaborate with the Loftware Project Manager to track tasks, milestones, and changes.
