Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Equipment Engineer specializing in Implant Equipment to lead the equipment section's wellbeing and drive KPI performance. Responsibilities

• Experience in Implant Equipment
• Oversee the equipment section's overall well-being, including team morale, KPI performance, and long-term success.
• Set clear expectations for compliance with MRB, TECN, 8D, and specification requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure action items are identified and tracked to closure.
• Drive effective utilization of SPC, FMEA, and Quality Management Systems for timely issue detection and continuous improvement.
• Establish and sustain continuous improvement programs to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.
• Maintain a project monitoring system to track progress and performance against fab requirements.
• Set section targets and goals to minimize wafer scrap, defects, and rework, while improving process capability to meet operational needs.
• Forecast and manage equipment repair and maintenance (R&M) budget; drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Process and Manufacturing Section Managers to resolve equipment constraints, optimize OEE, and align metrology sampling with quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements; support EHS management system improvements and uphold good housekeeping practices.
• Implement a spare parts inventory system with usage forecasting; ensure team discipline in maintaining inventory and housekeeping standards
