Job summary
Talent Trader Group is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer to lead the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Singapore. The role drives preventive and predictive maintenance, supports equipment installation and process improvements, and collaborates with Production, Process and Engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related Engineering.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment / equipment engineering / maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
- Analyze equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Improve equipment uptime, productivity and efficiency.
- Support equipment installation, qualification and process improvements.
- Work with Production, Process and Engineering teams.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support projects involving new equipment, upgrades and automation.
