Job summary
Broadcom Singapore is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with deep III-V epitaxy expertise to drive MOCVD growth and wafer fabrication for high-performance lasers and optoelectronic devices. The role spans R&D to high-volume production, emphasizing process optimization, yield improvement, and NPI.
You will collaborate with international teams, apply data analytics and SPC to enhance process capability, and support advanced characterization and failure analysis to deliver robust manufacturing
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD preferred in a related semiconductor field.
- Bachelor’s with strong industry experience also considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes (MOCVD) for various device structures.
- Drive continuous improvement of process quality: uniformity, defect density, reproducibility.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to manufacturable process flow.
- Collaborate with international teams on process development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer.
- Utilize data analytics, AI/ML tools, and SPC to enhance process capability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Perform and support advanced characterization and failure analysis.
