Job summary

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced IAM/SSO specialist to join a globally distributed team. The role covers both production support and project delivery for SSO and Identity & Access Management platforms across multiple regions.

Qualifications

8–12 years in Application Support, IAM, SSO or security operations.
Banking/Financial Services or FinTech experience preferred.
Hands-on with enterprise SSO platforms and IAM authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize the availability, stability, and performance of SSO/IAM platforms across production environments.
Manage capacity and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
Configure and enhance monitoring, deployment, scheduling, and platform administration tools.
Investigate and resolve major production incidents, performing root cause analysis.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen platform resilience.
Coordinate, review, and execute production changes per governance standards.
Support deployments and releases with minimal business impact.
On-call support and weekend change implementations.
