Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the availability, stability, and performance of SSO/IAM platforms across production environments.
• Manage capacity and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.

The successful candidate will join a globally distributed and cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and locations. The role encompasses both production support and project delivery responsibilities for enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient authentication and authorization services across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize the availability, stability, and performance of SSO and Identity Management platforms across production environments.
• Manage application capacity and proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Configure and enhance operational tools for monitoring, deployment, scheduling, and platform administration.
• Investigate and resolve major production incidents, partnering with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and restore services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen platform resilience.
• Coordinate, review, and execute production changes in accordance with established change management and governance standards.
• Support application deployments and releases, ensuring changes are implemented smoothly with minimal business impact.

Technical Skills

• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Application Support, Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, or Security Operations.
• Industry Background: Prior experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments is strongly preferred.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Hands-on experience supporting and managing enterprise SSO platforms and authentication solutions.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, user lifecycle management, access governance, and authentication protocols.
• ITSM Tools: Experience working with industry-standard service management and project tracking tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
