Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an AVP/Senior Associate Security Engineer (IAM) to design, build, and implement secure IAM solutions with a focus on secrets management. You will drive secure integration of applications and platforms, and provide operational support for highly resilient systems across cloud-native environments.

The role requires deep expertise in IAM, PKI, TLS/SSL, and service-to-service authentication, along with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in application security, security engineering, software development, or IAM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in secrets management.
• Strong software engineering capability in Java and at least one scripting or automation language (Python/JavaScript/Go/shell).
• Experience with enterprise secrets management solutions including production deployment and lifecycle management for applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, operate, and improve IAM solutions for secrets management across deployment environments.
• Engineer and operate highly available, resilient, and secure platforms for secrets management, workload identity, and service-to-service authentication.
• Configure, manage, and support secrets management solutions, including policy management, audit logging, and DR/backup.
• Integrate applications, APIs, CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native platforms with IAM services using secure development patterns.
• Develop automation, tooling, APIs, scripts, and IaC to accelerate secure onboarding and reduce manual effort.
