Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead retrofit, design and cost management initiatives for commercial, institutional and industrial projects. You will coordinate with clients, M&E contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and safety standards.

The role requires a strong background in HVAC systems, project management and cost control, with leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC retrofit design and cost management experience in commercial/industrial settings
• Strong leadership and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with large projects (>$20M) and cost analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to establish project requirements and scope
• Prepare and review documentation: schedules, specifications, drawings and tender materials
• Manage lifecycle of approved M&E contractors and ensure compliance with policies
• Oversee project cost procurement, budgeting and reporting to management
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to meet deadlines and milestones
• Ensure proper closeout, documentation, and contract terms are followed
