Job summary

Aiko Engineering in Singapore is seeking a skilled PROJECT ENGINEER to lead mechanical projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting top quality standards. You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients to align requirements and milestones.

The role spans MAU/AHU/HVAC system installation and maintenance, ducting and pipe work, design reviews, risk assessments, and documentation.

Ability to develop plans, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, schedule, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Design and review mechanical systems, components, and layouts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address project issues and challenges.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
