Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer for process integration and device development focused on high voltage BCD processes. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience.

Introduction

The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.
