Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Process Integration and Device Development engineer to contribute to high voltage BCD processes. You will apply your knowledge of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics, performing experiments and analyzing results.

Collaboration with failure analysis and reliability teams, strong communication and teamwork are essential as you own development lots and support HV test structure layout and device optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree/master’s in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science.
• 2–3 years of process integration / technology development experience.
• Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering splits on development lots.
• Device testing and report generation.
• Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues.
• Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development.

Introduction:

The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.
