Job summary

Hudson Singapore represents a leading semiconductor organization seeking a Foundry Process Integration Engineer (BCD Technology) in Singapore to join the expanding team. You will report to the Head of Process Integration Engineering and focus on optimizing BCD processes for quality, yield, and reliability targets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology.
• Experience in Process Integration and/or Equipment Engineering within a semiconductor wafer fab.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in yield improvement and process troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments; High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) experience is preferred.

THE ROLE

• Support and improve BCD manufacturing processes to meet quality, yield, and reliability targets.
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and yield issues using data analysis.
• Work with external foundries on process development, qualification, and production support.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, reliability, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
• Support production ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
