BW Offshore Limited is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Project HSE in Singapore. The role requires leading the HSE department across tender, FEED/pre-FEED, and project execution, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client specifications.

The candidate will review client tender documents, drive HSE deliverables, and coordinate resources across multiple projects in a multinational setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related major is required.
• Significant relevant offshore Oil & Gas experience; senior roles prefer 15+ or 20+ years depending on level.
• NEBOSH Diploma and ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HSSE requirements across tender, FEED/pre-FEED, and project execution phases.
• Act as HSE focal point for client tender documents, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
• Lead the HSE department in client interfaces, reviews, audits, and steering meetings.
• Monitor compliance with standards, regulatory and contractual HSE requirements.
• Ensure HSE risks are identified and mitigated through tender to execution stages.
