Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced HSE leader to drive the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across assigned OBUs. You will bridge Central HSE with Operations to sustain governance and strengthen safety culture and operational resilience.

You will provide technical HSE expertise, lead audits, and oversee contractor HSE, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing/aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
• Certified in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI/Power Automate desirable.
• Solid knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety, and Environmental regulations, with hands-on operational experience.
• Strong governance, risk management, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and operationalisation of the HSE Management System across assigned OBUs.
• Serve as the primary interface between Central HSE and Operations to sustain governance and risk controls.
• Lead HSE performance with operational leaders and strengthen safety culture and operational excellence.
• Provide functional leadership and coaching to OBU HSE personnel for consistent governance.
• Provide HSE oversight for Logistics to ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead audits, incident investigations, and CAPA implementation to improve safety performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Zero Harm and Zero Emission initiatives.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory and ISO compliance across sites.
