Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Leader to drive the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across its OBUs in Singapore. You will partner with Central HSE and Operations to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and risk controls are consistently applied and sustained.

You will lead incident investigations, promote a culture of Zero Harm, and manage HSE audits, training, and improvement projects to achieve safety excellence and regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or related discipline.
• WSHO registration and FSM certification.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge and certification.
• Hands-on experience with HSE governance and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the HSE SMS across OBUs.
• Interface between Central HSE and Operations for governance.
• Lead HSE performance improvements and risk management.
• Oversee HSE personnel and contractor HSE management.
• Coordinate HSE audits, incident investigations, and CAPAs.
